Referral Credit Program Disclosure:

1. Referral Credit Program. Current GTA Customers can participate in the Referral Credit Program under which a Customer can receive up to a $150 Account Credit for successfully referring a new Customer to obtain GTA Services. This Referral Credit Program is explicitly subject to the Clawback Provision in Section 3 below. This Referral Credit Program will continue until January 15, 2026 unless otherwise cancelled or extended by GTA in its sole discretion. 
   
   
2. Referral Procedure. In order to receive the Referral Program Account Credit, a current GTA Customer must refer either a new customer or an existing customer adding on a service (excluding home phone). The referred customer must successfully complete their service signup for the referrer to receive the account credit. A $100 account credit will be awarded for each successful signup of a single service. A $150 account credit will be awarded when the referred new customer signs up for a Choice Bundle.
   
   
3. Clawback Procedure. The Referral Program Account Credit fully vests not upon issuance, but upon the successful completion of three (3) months of service by the Referred Customer. In the event the Referred Customer cancels GTA Services or downgrades the applicable GTA Services under the required minimum plans within three (3) months of commencement, the Referral Program Account Credit will be returned to GTA. The return of the incomplete Referral Program Account Credit will appear on the Customer’s billing statement.
