As global data demands surge and transpacific routes become increasingly critical, Guam has emerged as one of the most strategic connectivity hubs in the world. At the center of this evolution is GTA, Guam’s trusted telecommunications leader. We deliver U.S. grade reliability, deep subsea expertise, and a vision for the future of digital infrastructure in the Asia-Pacific region.
A Strategic Midpoint with U.S. Advantages
Located in the heart of the Pacific, Guam is the closest U.S. territory to Asia. This position enables low-latency connections between the U.S. mainland and fast-growing Asian markets. Combined with the compliance benefits and protections of U.S. jurisdiction, Guam offers a powerful mix of security and proximity that global networks require.
But Guam’s relevance is not just about geography. It is about the infrastructure that brings that advantage to life. That is where GTA leads.
Built on Proven Subsea Foundations
GTA has helped define Guam’s role as a regional hub. Our GU1 and GU2 data centers in Piti serve as the landing stations for three of Guam’s most critical trans-Pacific cables: SEA US, JGA North, and JGA South. These systems form the backbone of Guam’s east-west connectivity and are foundational to the region’s digital resilience.
As a cable landing operator and infrastructure provider, GTA delivers end-to-end experience from site development and permitting to on-site operations, remote support, and long-term management. This comprehensive approach ensures scalable, secure deployments aligned with global best practices.
Introducing GU-3: Guam’s Next Digital Anchor

GTA’s newest facility, the GU3 Data Center, is ready to serve the next wave of digital growth. Located in Tamuning, GU3 is a four-megawatt, Tier 3 carrier-neutral data center and cable landing station - designed to support high-density interconnection and advanced global routing needs.
GU3 is the designated landing site for the Bifrost cable system and is also the future home of ACC1 and MYUS. With buried fiber pathways connecting it to every major cable landing station on the island, GU3 is Guam’s newest gateway to the U.S., Asia, and Oceania.
Built for Interconnection and Ready for What’s Next
As global networks face rising demand for diversity, resilience, and jurisdictional clarity, Guam is no longer an optional path. It is a strategic node for the future of digital infrastructure. With GU1, GU2, and GU3, GTA provides the foundation for what comes next.
For enterprises looking to reduce latency, expand to Asia, or secure their trans-Pacific strategy, Guam offers the location. GTA delivers the expertise.
