GTA BoostBox Equipment Agreement and Terms and Conditions

  1. Term. This Equipment Service Agreement (this "Agreement") is effective on the earlier to occur of (i) your use of the GTA BoostBox equipment (“Equipment”), or (ii) your consent to the terms of this Agreement and will continue in effect until you return the Equipment to GTA Teleguam (“GTA”) in undamaged condition and/or you pay the Equipment Fee as provided below. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Equipment and return it as provided herein. If you use the Equipment or fail to return the Equipment to GTA within 3 days of your receipt of the Equipment, you will be deemed to have agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
  2. Ownership of Equipment. You agree that the Equipment is owned by GTA. GTA will retain ownership of the Equipment at all times during the term of this Agreement. No title to the Equipment will transfer to you at any time during or after the term of this Agreement. You must return the Equipment to GTA as provided in this Agreement.
  3. Use of Equipment. You agree to use the Equipment solely in connection with GTA's wireless services. Use of the Equipment and GTA’s wireless services are subject to GTA’s product Terms and Conditions which can be found at This Agreement controls if there is a conflict with GTA’s Terms and Conditions. There may be a charge associated with using GTA’s services in connection with the Equipment.
  4. Replacement of Equipment. GTA will repair and/or replace Equipment that is not operating properly under normal use at no charge unless we determine that the reason the Equipment is not operating properly is due to damage (for example, water damage, fire damage, or damage due to being dropped, tampering, neglect, or abuse, etc.). You may be responsible for an Equipment Fee before GTA will repair or replace damaged Equipment. GTA is not responsible for any other devices or other equipment used in connection with the Equipment (for example, wireless phone or handset, data card, etc.).
  5. Return of Equipment. The Equipment will remain the property of GTA, and you must return the Equipment to GTA if your GTA wireless service is discontinued or terminated for any reason, if the GTA service in connection with the Equipment is never used, discontinued or terminated for any reason, or if GTA wishes to exchange the Equipment. Failure to return the Equipment in undamaged condition within 14 days to GTA will result in you being charged an Equipment Fee.
  6. Equipment Fee. The Equipment Fee is an amount up to $200 for each individual piece of Equipment (not including ancillary equipment). You will only be responsible for an Equipment Fee as specifically described in this Agreement. If you are responsible for an Equipment Fee, GTA reserves the right to charge such Equipment Fee to your GTA service account used in connection with the Equipment.
  7. Usage.
    1. a. This Equipment is sold for use on GTA systems and is not compatible with other wireless systems. GTA DSL Broadband Internet access service of at least 2.5 Mbps downstream/756 kbps upstream is required. To take advantage of all the benefits and service features, you may need to purchase additional hardware or software. Usage generated by the Equipment counts toward your wireless data usage plan limit. Normal charges apply for mobility data plans and features when using the Equipment.
    2. b. The maximum coverage of the Equipment is approximately 40 linear feet. Actual coverage will be limited by the density of obstructions. Calls will transfer to a cell tower if you leave the Equipment coverage area, but calls may drop if you return to the Equipment coverage area. Wireless devices will automatically select and use the strongest signal available. Device may not support all location-based wireless services or video share services.
  8. Authorized Location. You can only use the Equipment where GTA provides wireless service. It is not intended for sale or use in homes or areas with strong wireless signal strength. Use in strong coverage areas may affect the performance of the device. Additionally, Equipment operation may be limited to specific places within our network coverage area. Due to these limitations, GTA, in its sole discretion, shall decide if the Equipment is suitable and appropriate for your use.
  9. Disputes, Limitation of Liability. Any disputes relating to the Equipment are subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to your GTA wireless device and the limitation of liability provisions therein. Those Terms and Conditions, are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein.
