Troubleshooting Wireless Service Issues

If you’re having trouble with your wireless service (calls, texts, or data), try the steps to restore your services.

1. Check Your Signal
  • Check the signal bars on your device.
  • If you see “No Service” or very few bars, move to an open area or near a window. Buildings, basements, or remote areas can weaken your signal.
2. Restart Your Device
  • Power your phone off completely.
  • Wait at least 30 seconds.
  • Turn it back on.
(This refreshes your connection to the network.)
3. Toggle Airplane Mode
  • Turn Airplane Mode on.
  • Wait 10–15 seconds.
  • Turn it off again.
(This forces your device to reconnect to the nearest tower.)
4. Check for Network Outages
  • Visit our website or outage map (if available) or ask a friend nearby if they’re experiencing the same issue.
5. Ensure Mobile Data Is On
  • Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data.
  • Make sure it is enabled.
  • If you’re traveling internationally, ensure Data Roaming is turned on.
6. Update Carrier Settings & Software
  • Go to Settings > General > About (iPhone) or Settings > System Update (Android).
  • Install any pending updates.
    (Updates often fix connectivity issues.)
7. Reset Your SIM Card
  • Turn off your device.
  • Remove the SIM card carefully.
  • Wipe it gently with a dry cloth.
  • Reinsert it and power your phone back on.
8. Reset Network Settings (Last Resort)

If issues continue, you can reset your network settings.
⚠️ Note: This will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings.

  • iPhone: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
  • Android: Settings > System > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
9. Contact Customer Support

If none of the above helps:

  • Have your device model, location, and the issue details ready.
  • Reach out to our support team for additional troubleshooting.

Tip: Many wireless issues resolve with a quick restart or toggling Airplane Mode. Start there first!
