What to do if your phone is lost or broken

If your phone breaks, we recommend you visit our Smart Center so they may triage your device and see what we can do for you. If your phone is lost, contact us right away at (671)644-4482 Option 2, so we may suspend service to prevent unauthorized.

  • Use Find my Device options to track your phone.
    • Samsung: SmartThings Find and Samsung Find lets you remotely locate or lock your device if the need ever arises. You can also erase your device’s data, so no one will have access to your information.
    • In order to use SmartThings Find and Samsung Find, these conditions must be met:
    • Apple/iPhones: Use the Find My app to locate and play a sound on a missing iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, Apple Watch, AirPods, or Beats headphones (supported models). In order to locate a device, you must turn on Find My [device] before it’s lost.
