If you’re having trouble with your wireless service (calls, texts, or data), try the steps to restore your services.
1. Check Your Signal- Check the signal bars on your device.
- If you see “No Service” or very few bars, move to an open area or near a window. Buildings, basements, or remote areas can weaken your signal.
- Power your phone off completely.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Turn it back on.
(This refreshes your connection to the network.)
- Turn Airplane Mode on.
- Wait 10–15 seconds.
- Turn it off again.
(This forces your device to reconnect to the nearest tower.)
- Visit our website or outage map (if available) or ask a friend nearby if they’re experiencing the same issue.
- Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data.
- Make sure it is enabled.
- If you’re traveling internationally, ensure Data Roaming is turned on.
- Go to Settings > General > About (iPhone) or Settings > System Update (Android).
- Install any pending updates.
(Updates often fix connectivity issues.)
- Turn off your device.
- Remove the SIM card carefully.
- Wipe it gently with a dry cloth.
- Reinsert it and power your phone back on.
If issues continue, you can reset your network settings.
⚠️ Note: This will erase saved Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth pairings.
- iPhone: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Android: Settings > System > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
