Text-to-Action: Manage Your Prepaid Account by Text

Managing your prepaid account is quick and easy with Text-to-Action. By sending simple text commands from your phone, you can check your balance, add funds, purchase data plans, and manage AutoPay.

    Below is a complete list of available Text-to-Action commands and what each one does.

    Check Your Balance

    Want to know how much balance you have left?

    Text:
    BALANCE

    You’ll receive a reply with your current prepaid balance.


    Add Funds (Top Up)

    You can add money to your prepaid account using a prepaid card.

    Text format:
    TOPUP [Prepaid Card Number]

    Example:
    TOPUP 21955569

    Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message.
    If there’s an issue, you’ll receive a message letting you know the top-up was unsuccessful.


    Add Credit Using a Debit or Credit Card

    You can add credit directly using your debit or credit card.

    Text format:
    CREDIT [Dollar Amount] [Card Number] [Expiration Year] [Expiration Month] [CVV]

    Example:
    CREDIT 5 4569321978872151 2027 09 534

    After submitting, you’ll receive a message confirming whether the payment was successful.


    Purchase a Data Plan

    You can purchase prepaid data plans by texting the plan name.

    1-Day Plan (1GB)

    7-Day Plan (3GB)
    Text:
    PLAN 7DAY PLAN 3GB

    15-Day Plan (5GB)

    You’ll receive a confirmation message once the plan has been successfully added to your account.


    Share Prepaid Load (SHARE)

    You can transfer prepaid load from your account to another prepaid phone number using the SHARE text command.

    How to Share Load

    Text format:
    SHARE [Receiving Phone Number] [Dollar Amount] [PIN]

    Example:
    SHARE 6714803270 1 0420

    Once completed, you’ll receive a confirmation message.  If there’s an issue, you’ll receive a message letting you know the top-up was unsuccessful.


    Cancel a Prepaid Data Plan (CANCEL)

    You can cancel your active prepaid data plan at any time by texting the CANCEL command that matches your plan.

    1-Day Plan (1GB)

    7-Day Plan (3GB)

    After submitting your request, you will receive one of the following messages:

    • Successful Prompt:
      You have cancelled your GTA Prepaid Plan.

    • PAY-G Prompt:
      You are currently not signed up on any GTA Prepaid Plan.


    Change Your Prepaid Account PIN (PIN)

    You can update your prepaid account PIN using Text-to-Action.

    How to Change Your PIN

    Text format:
    PIN [New PIN] [New PIN Again]

    Example:
    PIN 0420 0420

    What Happens Next

    • Success Prompt:
      You have successfully changed your GTA Prepaid password.

    • Failure Prompt:
      We’re sorry, your Prepaid password was unable to be changed. Please try again. If it still fails, please call GTA at 671-644-4482.


    Stop Auto-Renew for Your Prepaid Plan

    If you no longer want your prepaid plan to automatically renew, you can disable Auto-Renew.

    Confirmation Message

    • You have successfully disabled auto-renew for your (PLAN NAME) plan.


    Stop AutoPay for Your Prepaid Balance

    You can disable AutoPay for your prepaid balance at any time.

    Text:

    Confirmation Message

    • You have successfully disabled AutoPay to your prepaid balance.


    Manage AutoPay

    Enable AutoPay

    If you choose to sign up for AutoPay using your card, you’ll receive confirmation once it’s active.

    Disable AutoPay

    You can turn off AutoPay at any time.

    Once disabled, you’ll receive a message confirming:

    • AutoPay has been turned off

    • Auto-renew has been disabled (if applicable)


    Helpful Text Message Responses

    You may receive automated responses based on your request:

    • Successful Prompt: Confirms your request was completed

    • Failure Prompt: Lets you know something went wrong and to try again

    • Incorrect Input Prompt: Indicates the text format was not recognized

    • Pay-G Prompt: Informs you if you’re not currently signed up for certain features

    These messages are designed to guide you if additional steps are needed.
