Setting Up Your Voicemail

Wireless Voicemail is a service that lets callers leave you voice messages when you’re unable to answer your mobile phone. You can listen to, save, or delete messages at your convenience from your phone or another device.

How to Set Up Your Voicemail

1. From your mobile phone, dial 671-488-0000 or long press 1 on your phone keypad.

2. Enter your temporary PIN (9999) and then press #.

3. Choose a new PIN, for your new PIN enter a number with 4-digits and then press # (New PIN cannot contain a part of your phone number, a sequence of digits and then press #.

4. Press 1 to confirm your new pin or press 2 to try again.

How to Listen to Voicemail Messages

1. Press 1 to access your message center.
2. Press 1 to listen to your new messages.
3. Press 2 to listen to your saved messages
4. Press 3 to listen to all your messages.

How to Change Your Voicemail Pin

1. Press 6 to administer your account.
2. Press 8 for additional options.
3. Press 1 to administer your pin.
4. Enter 4-digit PIN, then press #.

How to Change Your Voicemail Greeting

1. Press 6 to administer your account.
2. Press 2 to administer your name and personal greeting.
3. Press 1 to administer your primary greeting.
4. Press 1 to administer your personal greeting.
   1. Press 1 to listen
   2. Press 2 to record/re-record.
   3. Press 3 to activate/accept
   4. Press * to return to the previous menu.

How to Delete Messages

1. During message playback, press 2 to delete the message
