Prepaid Selfcare Web portal is made available as an alternative for customers to access their prepaid account and subscriptions by logging in at myprepaid.gta.net.

Setting up Web Selfcare Password
New Prepaid Customer: To access your Web Selfcare access you will need your prepaid number, and you can use the temporary password that was sent to you via SMS. Change your password once you log in to Web Selfcar
Existing Prepaid Customer - you can set up your password by dialing *488# and selecting option 4.
In the Web Selfcare portal, click on “Personal Info Tab” and then scroll down to change my prepaid password
Ways to Purchase Load/Additional Prepaid Balance
- You can add load by using the GTA prepaid web portal. You will need your prepaid phone number and password to log in.
- You can also add load by dialing *488# and selecting Option 2 from the menu.
- Lastly, you can add load by dialing *55 and selecting Option 2 from the voice prompts.
- Prepaid Cards: Prepaid charge cards can be purchased from any gas station, convenience stores, or any GTA retail store.
- Credit card Top-ups: Customers can use their credit card to purchase
load in denominations of $5, $10, $20, and $50 through our Web Selfcare Portal or by dialing *488# or *55 and following the prompts. - Autopay can be set up to deduct a set amount every month in
denominations of $5, $10, $20, and $50. - Prepaid Cards expire if the PIN is not activated before the expiration
date found in the back of the card.

- You can transfer load by using the GTA prepaid web portal. You will need your prepaid phone number and password to log in.
- You can also transfer load by dialing *488+ and selecting Option 2 from the menu.
