How to setup paperless billing

My GTA Online Account: Go paperless

Did you know approximately 324 liters of water is used to produce one kilogram of paper? You can fill 82 glasses of water or take up to three showers with that much water. Joining the paperless billing movement supports GTA’s efforts to reduce their environmental footprint and promote sustainability.


As of April 1, 2021, all new customers were auto enrolled into GTA’s paperless billing and may opt for a printed bill with a monthly recurring charge of $3.00. Existing customers who did not opt for paperless billing before July 1, 2021 are charged GTA’s Printed Bill Fee monthly.*

*Customers with Landline Only and Lifeline are exempt from the $3.00 paper billing fee. 


You can now change your billing preferences at home with myGTA. Go Green with GTA and choose Paperless Billing! It's quick, easy & kind to the earth.


Visit myGTA or type https://ebill.gta.net/ebpp on your preferred web browser, and log into your myGTA account.

Don’t have a GTA Online account? Create your account.

1. Have your most recent billing statement readily available. For first time registration, you will need your Invoice Number and Amount Due.

2. Access myGTA web portal to begin the registration process.

3. Select "Register here".

4. Provide your Invoice Number and Amount Due.

5. Once confirmed and completed, check the box to confirm "I'm not a robot". Then click "Continue".

  • You'll be redirected to the Registration page.

6. Enter your new login and security information.

  • Email Address
  • Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Security Question
  • Security Answer

7. Once completed and confirmed, select "Register".

8. After successfully registering, you will need to confirm your registration by accessing the email address used for login credentials. An email will be automatically sent from DoNotReply@gta.net. Use the provided link to confirm your new registration.

 

 To set up paperless billing:

  • Log into your myGTA account

  • Go to Settings > General > change your Invoice Preferences (as shown below) 

  • Select Web bill only for paperless billing
