How to Pre-Order Your Smartphone

Pre-ordering your next smartphone with us is quick, easy, and ensures you're first in line when the latest models arrive.

Pre-Order Deposit 

To secure your reservation, a $10 non-refundable deposit is required per device. This amount will be applied toward your final purchase at the time of pick-up.

How to Pre-Order 

  1. Fill Out the Online Form
    Visit our pre-order page and complete the form with your details and preferred smartphone model. 
  2. We'll Contact You
    A Service Consultant will reach out within 1 business day to collect your $10 deposit and confirm your reservation. 
  3. Watch for Updates 
    After your pre-order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with tips to get ready for your new device and updates on expected arrival dates. 
  4. Arrival Confirmation
    Once we receive confirmation from the manufacturer, we’ll contact you again to confirm your preferred model and estimated availability. 
  5. Schedule Pick-Up 
    As soon as your device arrives, we’ll call to schedule a convenient pick-up appointment.  

Frequently Asked Questions 

  • Can I walk in without pre-ordering? 
    Yes. However, pre-orders are prioritized. Walk-ins are welcome on launch day, subject to availability
  • What if I miss my appointment? 
    If you miss your scheduled appointment without notifying us, we’ll make one follow-up call. If we can’t reach you, your reserved unit may be released to the next customer on the list.  
  • What happens to my $10.00 deposit, if I missed my scheduled appointment or choose not to complete the preorder process?
    If you miss your scheduled appointment or choose not to complete the preorder process, the $10.00 deposit made will remain on your account. For existing customers with active services, the $10.00 deposit will go towards the account balance.
