- Your account number (or assigned customer number)

- The new address where you want the service moved

How to Change Your Wi-Fi Username or Password
If you have Prism Wi-Fi powered by Plume HomePass
You can easily manage your Wi-Fi settings and enjoy extra features using the HomePass app:
- Open the HomePass app on your mobile device.
- On the home page, scroll to the Adapt section.
- Tap the gear icon next to Adapt.
- From here, you can update your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
With HomePass, you can also:
- Create separate passwords for kids and guests.
- Set guest passwords to automatically expire.
If you have basic Wi-Fi using a GTA modem
Call GTA Tech Support at 671-644-4482 (option 3) to request changes to your Wi-Fi name (SSID) or password.
