  • Your account number (or assigned customer number)
  • Your current service address
  • The new address where you want the service moved
  • Your preferred move date
  • Any special requests or extra services needed at the new location

 

How to Change Your Wi-Fi Username or Password

If you have Prism Wi-Fi powered by Plume HomePass
You can easily manage your Wi-Fi settings and enjoy extra features using the HomePass app:

  1. Open the HomePass app on your mobile device.
  2. On the home page, scroll to the Adapt section.
  3. Tap the gear icon next to Adapt.
  4. From here, you can update your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.

With HomePass, you can also:

  • Create separate passwords for kids and guests.
  • Set guest passwords to automatically expire.

If you have basic Wi-Fi using a GTA modem
Call GTA Tech Support at 671-644-4482 (option 3) to request changes to your Wi-Fi name (SSID) or password.
