Set Up your Prepaid SIM card
Step 1: Insert your SIM.
On most smartphones, you'll find the SIM card slot along the device's side or top edge. Use a SIM ejection tool (often provided with the device) or a paperclip to gently press into the pinhole, releasing the SIM tray for removal.
Step 2: Activate your SIM
You can activate your SIM by

- Initiating an outgoing call.
- Sending and SMS.
- Performing any incoming or outgoing data activity like browsing the internet or sending an email.

Step 3: Access your Prepaid Portal
Visit https://prepaid.gta.net/ to access the Prepaid portal. Register or login using your GTA prepaid number or email address. You will receive a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS or email based on whichever credential you provide. Once you enter the OTP you will be able to access your GTA Prepaid account.

Seamless activation and payment: Rates are deducted as soon as a plan is chosen, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free transaction.
No prorated payments or refunds: Prepaid plans are not eligible for refunds or pro-rated. If you change or cancel your plan before its expiration date, you will not be refunded for your unused data, calls, or texts.
