Tamuning, Guam (Thursday, August 9, 2018) GTA announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Joseph Shinohara as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Shinohara joined GTA in May 2007 and most recently served as the company’s Executive Vice President of Finance and its Controller. In his new role, he is responsible for GTA’s day-to-day financial strategy and operations including cost management, capital allocation, and balance sheet optimization.

Joe has already demonstrated strong leadership in this role with his extensive financial experience. Shinohara is a graduate of Father Duenas Memorial School and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management from the University of Guam. Adding to his list of extensive work experience in Finance, he is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
