Free Cisco Flip Mino Camcorder Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Free Cisco Flip Mino Camcorder promotion is only applicable to new residential subscribers who subscribe to new GTA Spyder Broadband Plans i.e. 1.2 Mbps, 2.5 Mbps, 7.0 Mbps, and 10.0 Mbps and/or Guam Digital TV. Also applicable for existing Spyder Broadband and Guam Digital TV customers who agree to minimum term contract.

2. The Customer (defined as the account owner and financially responsible for payment of GTA TeleGuam services) must have landline services with GTA TeleGuam.

3. Not applicable for customers with outstanding balances on any GTA TeleGuam, LLC services.

4. The Free Cisco Flip Mino Promotion is given to eligible Spyder Broadband or Guam Digital TV customer, on condition that the customer maintains Spyder Broadband or Guam Digital TV subscription throughout the promotional period. Failure to maintain subscription may result in additional charges to you, the subscriber.

5. The minimum contract period for this promotion is 12 months.

6. If customer cancels or terminates Spyder Broadband or Guam Digital TV service before 12 months, a $180 charge will be applied to the account for the Flip Mino Camcorder. Does the customer keep the camera? Yes, they would keep the Flip Mino Camcorder. Any additional charges? No. We would bill account ETF $180. Does this ETF reduce by 1/12 per month? No. we mirrored MPULSE ETF policy. Regardless of the remaining months left in their contract they will be billed $180 if they cancel before end of contract. Is this in addition to anything else? No.

7. Free Cisco Flip Mino offer while supplies last. One Cisco Flip Mino per account.

8. GTA’s prevailing terms and conditions apply for GTA Spyder Broadband and Guam Digital TV service.

9. GTA reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its absolute discretion and without notice.

10. Participation in this Promotion or use of GTA services will constitute acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the amendments thereof.
