Auto-Pay is the ability to for you to sign up for managed bill pay services. Auto-Pay allows you to set a billing schedule and have your bill automatically charged to your credit or debit card once a month. Auto-Pay sets up a system for you to enjoy worry free billing, with no hassle, no need to wait in line!

An email confirmation is sent to you after either the E-Pay or Auto-Pay transactions have gone through for your records.

    Log in to https://epay.gta.net or our link at www.gta.net website. You will need to your Account Name, Account Number, and the Invoice Number from your current bill available.
    How do I sign up for Auto-Pay?
    You can come into any GTA Teleguam location and never have to worry about paying bills again by filling out one simple form.
    Who can sign up for E-Pay or Auto Pay?
    Any GTA customer! Any residential or business customer with an active account.
    When do my payments show up on my account?
    Payments are posted the following business day. If a payment is made on Saturday or Sunday, the payment is posted on Monday. Payments made on a Holiday are processed the following business day.
    If I have more than one account, do I need to sign up for each account?
    Yes. If you have more than one account under your name or household a separate account must be established for each.
    Who do I contact if I have trouble registering or making a payment?

    If I sign up for E-Pay and do not want to receive a bill, what can I do?
    In the Modify Account option you may choose to receive you statements electronically it is a great way to do your part for the environment – save trees and energy

    You will receive an Email notification when your statement is ready for viewing.
    What if I forgot or want to change my password?
    On the Log In screen, you have the option to request for a hint or reset your password when needed.
    What is the difference between Credit Card–Automatic and Credit Card–You Authorize?
    Credit Card–Automatic payment transactions are process every month automatically. With Credit Card-You Authorize, each month you can go on line to view your bill and then choose to process your payment.
    When I sign up for Automatic payment options, when is my account charged?
    You have the option of choosing the 5th or 20th day of each month.
    How long does it take for changes in my payment options to take effect?
    Immediately.
    How do I check my billing history?
    Billing history can be checked online at any time or you can call the 24/7 Call Center at 644-4482.
    What equipment do I need?
    No additional equipment is required to sign up for this service (although fast, reliable, Spyder broadband is recommended!)
