Corporate social responsibility
With the GTA motto "Always There" we are working towards being there for not only our customers but the community we serve. We work towards and promote:
- Quality service for our customers as well as employees, the belief that we are all members of the GTA family.
- Promoting and adhering to the highest standards of reliability, accountability, moral values, honesty, and personal and corporate responsibility.
- Trust and respect with the people of Guam and we work toward perpetuating this trust on a daily basis through community involvement, business services, as well as personal interactions.
- Corporate social responsibility as it is a platform for us to grow and be innovative as well as be accountable for our actions.
- Perpetually expanding with energy and fervor both in products and services to our customers and our island.
- Balancing business objectives with our social, environmental, and economic responsibilities.
These key functions relate directly to our corporate values, which translate to the duties of every GTA employee. Thus, GTA is "Always There" in all aspects of Guam life, not just those relating to our products and services, but also those relating to our employees and customers.
