Dan Moffat, President and Chief Executive Officer of GTA

Mr. Dan Moffat is the President and Chief Executive Officer of GTA. Prior to joining GTA, he was most recently Executive Vice President with EarthLink (NASDAQ:ELNK) which acquired and merged with New Edge Networks in April 2006. Mr. Moffat co-founded New Edge Networks in 1999 and was President and CEO of the Vancouver, Washington-based company that built and managed private networks for businesses and communications providers.

Mr. Moffat has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry and has pioneered various ventures. He was president of GST Whole Earth Networks before starting New Edge Networks. He also previously founded a telecom strategy firm, Access Value Services, which was later sold to Cathey, Hutton and Associates, a telecommunications consulting company. His telecommunications experience includes sales, marketing and operations positions with U.S. Intelco Networks Inc. (Illuminet); IBM/ROLM Corporation; U.S. West Corp. and Tymnet, one of the original packet-based value-added networks.

Mr. Moffat holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications from Golden Gate University, an MBA from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from California State University-Chico.



William J. Wynperle, Vice President of Shamrock Capital Advisors

Mr. Wynperle has been with Shamrock Group since 1997 and during this time has been responsible for reviewing investment opportunities in the United States, focusing on the media and communications industries. Previously, he was an investment banker in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Smith Barney, Inc. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of PRN Corporation and Lifestage Media Group, Inc., two of the Shamrock Group’s portfolio companies.

Mr. Wynperle received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management of the University of California, Los Angeles.



Stephen D. Royer, Managing Director of Shamrock Capital Advisors

Since joining the Shamrock Group in 1991, Mr. Royer has been responsible for identifying potential investment opportunities, performing extensive investment analysis, and reviewing portfolio company operations. He is a director of Triad Broadcasting Company, LLC, and NETGEAR, Inc. Mr. Royer has served as a director of Latin Communications Group, Inc., a leading Spanish language media company in the U.S., and as a director of Cascadian Farm and Small Planet Foods, leading producers of branded organic foods.

Prior to joining the Shamrock Group in 1991, Mr. Royer was an investment banker with Lehman Brothers and with Cain Brothers Shattuck and Co., an investment bank specializing in health care finance.

Mr. Royer received his B.A. in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University. Mr. Royer received an M.B.A. from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management of the University of California, Los Angeles.

Lourdes A. Leon Guerrero, President & Chairman of the Board-Bank of Guam

Lou is the President and Chair of the Board of the Bank of Guam and a former senator of the 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th, and 28th Guam Legislatures. Lou was born and raised on Guam and is a graduate of California State University with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She also has a master's degree in Public Health from University of California at Los Angeles. She is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Lou brings solid local business expertise and a strong relationship with Guam that further strengthens GTA TeleGuam's commitment to the island. Lou is married to attorney Jeff Cook and together they have two children.

Peter E. Gill, Owner KwikSpace Guam. Inc.

Peter E. Gill grew up on Guam, attended Saint Francis School in Yona and is a 1976 graduate of Father Duenas Memorial School. He earned his Graduate Degree at Marquette University in Wisconsin and there met his wife of 27 years, Dr. Joan H. Gill.

Peter is the founder and owner of KwikSPACE Guam, Inc. a diversified industrial service company on Guam. He has been a lifelong entrepreneur.

In 1994, he founded Habitat of Humanity Guam and has also served on the Affordable Housing Corporation of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle. He is currently the Chairman of the Guam Department of Labor and the Treasurer of the Saint John's School Board. He also served in the Guam Land Use Commission. He brings his extensive business history and a broad perspective to the GTA Board. The Gill's have two sons; Peter and Nicholas.

Richard T. Grimm, President of Hawaii Foodbank

Since 2000, Mr. Grimm has been President of the Hawaii Foodbank, Hawaii’s largest distributor of food to the needy in the state. In 2004, the Foodbank distributed nearly 9 million pounds of food through more than 250 agencies.

Before heading the Hawaii Foodbank, Mr. Grimm spent 35 years in the television broadcasting industry. His three-decade career in television includes positions as president of Shamrock Broadcasting’s TV division and general manager of KITV and KGMB, the ABC and CBS network affiliates in Hawaii. He was also involved in start-up and operations of other broadcast industry-related companies in the state. He has also sat on various non-profit organizations’ boards.

He was a United States Marine and served in Japan,. Okinawa and the Philippines. Mr. Grimm is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin.



Admiral Thomas Fargo, USN (Ret.), President of Trex Enterprises & Chairman, Trex Enterprises’ Subsidiaries.

Admiral Thomas Fargo, USN (Ret.) joined the Board of Directors of TeleGuam Holdings LLC in February 2006.

Admiral Fargo is President of Trex Enterprises and Chairman of Trex Enterprises’ subsidiaries – namely, Loea Corporation, a high data rate wireless communications company, and Sago Systems, Inc. a developer and manufacturer of millimeter-wave cameras used for security systems. He joined Trex Enterprises in March 2005 after a distinguished career serving the United States Navy and Department of Defense.

Admiral Fargo was the twentieth officer to hold the position of Commander of the U.S. Pacific Command. As the senior U.S. military commander in East Asia, the Pacific and Indian Ocean areas, he held the largest unified command while directing the joint operations of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force across 100 million miles. He was responsible to the President and the Secretary of Defense and was the U.S. military representative for collective defense arrangements in the Pacific.

Admiral Fargo also served as the 29th Commander-in-Chief of the U.S. Pacific Fleet from October 1999 to May 2002. His service as a leader in the Pacific was preceded by his command of the U.S. Fifth Fleet and Naval Forces of the Central Command during two years of Iraqi contingency operations from July 1996 to July 1998. His 35 years of service included six tours in Washington, D.C. in addition to five commands in the Pacific, Indian Ocean and Middle East.

Born in San Diego, California, he attended high school in Coronado, CA. and Sasebo, Japan. Admiral Fargo graduated from the United States Naval Academy in June 1970. He is a 1989 recipient of the Vice Admiral James Bond Stockdale Award for Inspirational Leadership.

In addition to his work at Trex Enterprises, Admiral Fargo serves on the Boards of Directors for Hawaiian Electric Industries, Hawaiian Airlines, the Japan-America Society and Iolani School Board of Governors. He is the National Vice Chairman of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Fund.



Warren H. Haruki, President and CEO of Grove Farm

Warren H. Haruki is President & Chief Executive Officer of Grove Farm Company, Inc., a privately held company located in Lihue, Kauai, since February 2005. Mr. Haruki concluded a 26-year career with GTE Hawaiian Tel/Verizon Hawaii, serving as its President from 1991 until his retirement in October 2003. Mr. Haruki serves as a Trustee for the Parker Ranch Foundation Trust, a land development and cattle ranch company headquartered on the Big Island of Hawaii. He serves on the Boards of First Hawaiian Bank, Pacific Guardian Life Insurance Company, Maui Land & Pineapple Company, Inc. and Hawaii Superferry, Inc. Mr. Haruki serves on various community and non-profit organization boards in Hawaii. Mr. Haruki has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii, and is a Certified Public Accountant.



Susan K. Eichor, President and Chief Operating Officer of aio Group

Susan Eichor is President and COO of the aio Group, a diversified, Hawaii-based holding company. Significant brands of the aio Group include ESPN 1420 AM, Honolulu Magazine, Hawaii Business Magazine, Hawaii Home+Remodeling, Pacific Magazine and iamhawaii.com.

From 1984 to her retirement in 2003, Ms. Eichor was part of the management team at Verizon Hawaii. She oversaw the company’s $100 million annual capital investment program. In addition, she was in charge of statewide planning, engineering, project management and construction of the GTE Hawaiian Tel network. She directed the 400 employees of Verizon’s customer operations staff, overseeing installation and maintenance services statewide.

She currently consults with telecommunications companies in the Pacific as well as other companies developing their telecommunication strategies.

Ms. Eichor has served on the Public Broadcasting System (PBS) Hawaii board since 1999 and is currently its vice-chair. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
