Phonebook Round Up Prizes and Awards
GTA Phonebook Round Up Prizes & Awards are as follows:

| 7th Place - $500 | 8th Place - $400 | 9th Place - $400 |

The school that collects the most phonebooks will also participate in a tree planting ceremony on the school's campus.
The top three schools will receive recognition trophies.
The school that collects the most phonebooks on a per capita basis will also receive a recognition party.
All schools participating will receive recognition certificates.
Requirements of Potential Winner:
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/release (Affidavit/Release) within seven (7) days of being notified.
Release and Limitation of Liability:
By participating in the Contest, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents (Released Parties) from and against any claim, liability or cause of action arising out of or relating to entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use of any prize, including but not limited to:
(a) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, etc; (b) printing errors; (c) errors in administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (d) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize.
For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received, the Participant releases and assigns permission to license all images and sound recordings and to use of images and sound recordings in any media for any purpose which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging for any product or service. The Participant agrees that any images and sound recordings may be combined with other images, text and graphics, cropped, altered and modified. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is perpetual in duration and is binding on all heirs and assigns. The Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of The Territory of Guam, excluding the law of conflicts.
