All plans include Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Waiting and Free Incoming SMS.
- Voicemail - Standard Residential Voice Mail Standard allows you to play, replay, rewind, skip, delete and save a message. You can also play, record, modify, and delete a personal greeting.
- Call Waiting - Know when someone else is trying to call you while you're already on the phone with call waiting. You will be informed of incoming calls and can use this information to better communicate with both parties in a timely fashion. The incoming call phone number is displayed on your screen in most cases. Some restrictions apply.
- Caller ID - See who is calling you by viewing their number on your screen and decide if you need to take the call or not. In addition, if you are on a call, you can see the Call Waiting phone number.
